Cooking Under Stress, Cooking Under Change

When things change, sometimes it's important to have a hobby, something you love to do that you can always come back to. For me, that's cooking. This blog is a way for me to try new things, and then record them, and I want to share this with you.

This is also an interesting time, because I can't go to the grocery store to get that "one ingredient I wanted". I have to cook with what I have, which changes the intention of cooking (from recreational to making dinner).
